as mr pedantic below posted, some can, but anyways its around 468*F-260*C for solder to melt so the towel trick does nothing other than trick your console into over heating and after cooling down making it think its ok, but it doesnt fix any problems just changes them temporarily, its like buying a car cus the last 1 run out of petrol, retarded…i hope everyone who does this loses thier xbox for good.

Sit with your xbox while your doing it just incase it turns off an you have to turn it on again.
* three towels wrapped good. sometimes it won’t turn off just by pushing the 360 button so you can do it via the mains.
then leave it for a hour next to a very cold window, even fridge,
when i did it about a year ago an left it for a hour when it was really cold in * london at night time.
you will get mininum two weeks that way.
