		<description>There are a few things that can interrupt the strength of the signal:

1) Other computers connected to the network
2) Distance the Xbox is from the router
3) Interference, like having the Xbox inside a dresser, or having the router send signals to your Xbox through walls
4) Are you using file sharing programs like Limewire or BitTorrent? These programs can slow the connection greatly.
